There is definitely something wrong in this office, I rang more than 10 times and had been in 5 times about my Rent & Water balance missing a week and the issue still not fix since 15th Feb 21. They took the R&W payment out without my authorisation, that was very BAD and Unlawful of whoever did that.

Staff have no empathy and treat others with no respect. Each interaction feels like an attack. Incompetence and laziness is not hard to spot very quickly. Poor service.

Most staff working there are most unhelpful, they forget that they are public servants. Public servants supposed to serve and help the public. They do what's in the powers to make you leave without any information. Really sad.
