We visited wickes to finalise measurements for a bath, and ensure it would fit into our very small bathroom. Bearing in mind wickes is a D.I.Y store as well as offering a design and installation service. So it's completely acceptable to want to install your own bathroom without the 'Help' of the wickes team. Spoke to a member of staff, told us she would not be able to help or give us the measurements to the said bath. As to access that information we would need to buy a full bathroom suite from wickes and use their design and installation service.(Wickes making ) We purchased the sink and toilet from wickes the week before when they were on offer. The bath was last thing we needed. No help was offered not even a booklet or tape measure was lifted during our very short and unhelpful conversation with the member of staff, she didn't even get up from her chair to see the bath. Needless to say we said our thank you's, and left shocked and disappointed with poor customer service. Our new bath will definitely not come from wickes now. We will NOT use wickes in future and will stick to B&Q for our house renovations. Since this has happened B&Q have been very helpful and customer friendly and even gave us measurements.....
