I don't often give too much praise to a website or their customer service, however I really wanted to let everyone know that I had a brilliant experience with Springfields. I ordered 2 mora knives and some kendal mint. I did have an issue with the order which was that I was sent some white mint cake rather than brown that I had ordered. I sent a quick email to them to let me know and they responded to me extremely quickly and not only told me to keep the original wrong white mint cake but they also sent me the correct mint cake, plus some extra and a nice Kendal mint cake tin. Absolutely fab customer service from a small company and will definitely order from them again without blinking. Thanks guys at Springfields, keep up the good work!
