Website is misleading they have an option to request a sick note online but when you call up to ask for it they have no idea that the service exists wasted my time applying online now I have to wait longer kinda idiotic really the website obviously needs a revamp if they don't know what services they provide on there

Dr Pai , is an understanding, compassionate understanding, Doctor . He has a wonderful team of doctors , nurses, receptionist, he his my mother’s doctor , I’m in a different area different surgery , the care they give is amazing , And Linda the receptionist went up and beyond her care for me and my mum

Unfortunately I can give only 1 star. Doctors not so bad, but receptionist thinks she knows everything. Rude and not helpful at all!
