Very cold and damp night out but the displays more than make up for it. A lovely evening out with plenty of social distancing. A very pleasant change. A big thank you to all the staff and volunteers and all the sensible visitors too. Enjoy.

The National Memorial Arboretum is a peaceful and extremely well cared for area for remembrance and reflect. You can easily spend the day there and not see everything, and with new memorials being added all the time and free entry, this is not a 1 stop visit. We will be visiting the arboretum 2 or 3 times a year from now on to get the full appreciation of the grounds in different seasons.

A great place to spend a couple of hours light walking. Lots of monuments to see. Lots of paths and scenery. Currently due to covid you have to book online. Costs 4 quid per car. The restaurant is shut but you can get tea and snacks to take out. The gift shop is open and so is the toilets.

Wonderful Christmas lights. Never been before. The lights were lovely and the sounds made it very atmospheric. A very moving place. Will definitely return in daylight to learn more about the people who have their lives for their countries.

Beautiful well kept place to visit and pay respects. Not only military heroes remembered there. Peaceful walk. Very covid aware and restrictions in place
