If you do a click and collect the store is great as they normally have a very good supply of parts at very competitive prices, and the staff at the counter are more than willing to help you find what you need. Their website is quick and snappy and quite easy to find what you need. If you make an account it is really easy to go through your previous purchases and find the same products again. Also more recently with click and collect being the preferred method of shopping they do a really good job in this store of ringing you to let you know your order is ready for collection or if anything they have isn’t in stock, and I really rate that as a customer. The delivery on the other hand can sometimes be hit and miss depending on what you order, but I think has got a lot better. Being that I work with vehicles, in the past I have needed oil and filters for a customers vehicle, but when the delivery van arrived only half the order was in the delivery and was told I would need to visit the store or wait a few more days longer than when I placed the order for another delivery van, which defeats the purpose of using a delivery service in the first place. I ended up just driving down to the store and picking up what had been forgotten with no issue, and with a nice member of staff apologising for the mix up. Also as a side note I would not recommend their home brand of brake pads Eicher and a few garage I know also that don’t, as they are simply cheap and awful quality. I would never ever recommend that brand to anyone. The quality of the pad is so poor you have to push a lot harder on the peddle to feel the pads, on brake tests they score less than oem pads. They don’t have a good biting point, and in an emergency situation could be the difference between a near miss and a crash.

one star because i cant put a big fat cross!!! i'm self employed & ordered 20L x 2 absorbent granules with click & collect, had to phone before collection because of covid guy on the other end of the phone asked if i was working told him i've never stopped, he then said key workers only, unless i could produce business card & proof of trading, so euro have their own police it seems if they don't want the sale........ i went around the corner to digraph & bought 30L for the same price i'd recommend for garage supplies folks use digraph
