I ordered & paid in full for my kid’s uniforms mid August & still not got them. I’ve tried calling several times & nobody ever picks up the phone & no voice message can be left! I totally understand COVID restrictions, however we’re nearly in October & still my kid’s are without complete uniform! Please can someone call me to let me know when my kid’s uniforms will be ready!

I visited the store today after being encouraged by a friend. Having read the bad reviews online I was a little unsure as to what to expect but am happy to say that my experience was brilliant! The staff were helpful, the uniforms good quality and all of my kids came away pleased with their new gear. Thank you clothing4schools for saving me from any last minute, pre--september panic!

The quality of the clothes is excellent but the customer service is appalling. I ordered online twice now and both times I have had issues which I have had to sort myself. My first order took weeks to arrive. I had to call the store who admitted they had packed it and forgotten about it. I received an email to say the second order was ready to collect. Please collect from store. The shop was closed. I emailed a complaint having taken time out to go get the order. I have not even heard back about my complaint. Shopping at this store is hassle.
