Visited this surgery today and what a joke! Very Very RUDE STAFF! No Covid social destining operating, told by a really unhelpful member of staff just get in a line Rude. People hanging around the door pressing the bell witch you get ignored anyway.

You can never get anybody to answer the phone its unreal, its been like this for years not just because of covid, its like there looking at the lights all lighting up in front of them and saying yes please 2 sugars with me tea , the place needs turning into a flat ,and them all being moved on , I'd be sacked if I was that bad at my job , 2nd in the queue for 25 minutes WOW that's some conversation. #RUBBISH.

My little boy was due his 8week vaccinations, my appointment was 10am I got there at 9:55am spoke to a receptionist who was extremely rude, told me I was at the wrong practise and that I clearly didn’t read my letter correctly! I’m a new mom haven’t had any support during these difficult times and was already highly emotional, I asked where I was meant to take him she said kings street. I’m new to the area and don’t have a clue where anything is! I also don’t drive. She still didn’t tell me where this practice was, and told me due to me missing my appointment I’d have to wait for another appointment due to a back long in a very rude term. There was no address for this practise on my letter. At this point I’m crying as I’m concerned for my baby. I didn’t get an apology or any reinsurance I just got the door slammed. I understand I obviously didn’t read the letter properly but for her to make me feel worse than I already did was disgusting. I will be writing a letter to the practise manager and if I don’t get anything back I will be contact CQC.

Lost a star due to it being quite hard to actually connect and be put in the queue to speak to a receptionist Other than that when you do get through the drs have been very helpful and kind. I was hesitant to join the practice when I moved here due to the rating it currently has (1.6) but I can't understand why it does and I'm glad I signed up :)

Never had a problem with this surgery until the last few years. It's impossible to get through on the phone or you get cut off. Waiting hours on the phone when you're second in line yet when you visit the surgery there's several members of staff sat behind the desk. Makes you wonder what they actually do other than chit chat. Been without meds for months now and it's all due to lack of communication from the surgery AND the pharmacy. Just feels like if you have mental health problems you're thrown to the side and forgotten about.
