I had a very poor experience today. Venue isn't fit for purpose. Flimsy curtains and noisy, no private rooms for treatments. Didn't appreciate having to undress virtually in public then listen to noisy staff shouting as I had my so called relaxing treatments. And my facial was a joke! 40 for someone to put a mask on my face then leave me for 30 minutes whilst she saw another client behind the noisy curtain! Unbelievably bad! And during this time, the owner sat shouting about how she blocks appointments when she feels like it so that she can drink Prosecco at the bar next door! Just what you want to hear when you've wasted 40 on a joke of a facial. Please don't waste your time or money on this awful place. Absolutely dreadful!
