Nice place for a walk great views only problem dogs have to be on leads in wooded are around the Reservoir the rangers some time come around and check to so put me off a little bit. Great for family's bit be careful on the road as some people drive quite fast around so have to keep an eye out.

A beautiful spot for a walk or just to relax and enjoy the late summer sunshine. There are lots of parking spots, an ice cream van or two along the route, and lots of photo opportunities. Definitely worth a visit.
Good 3.75 mile walk around the perimeter road. Good views and quite quiet outside of the weekend.
Beautiful local spot. Great for all walkers, cyclists and anyone who wants a bit of fresh air. A small amount of investment by local councils would not go amiss to improve the environment and facilities in a green friendly way.
A very beautiful reservoir surrounded by trees. There are parking areas available and we enjoyed a good walk around the lake. It is worth a visit but more enjoyable if you avoid peak holiday times.
