Had a ring from 2004 and was quite an intricate design but it was cheap metal... Took.it to Personal Touch and asked Kevin to replicate it? A few weeks later received a call to advise it was ready. Went to view the ring, it was an exact copy of the original . One chuffed customer! Thank you
