My favorite BBQ overall! Their sausages are the BEST. The flavor in them is unmatched. I also loved their macaroni, they add a little pepper that ties it all together. Only small thing i can say is i wish they wouldn’t forget my onions and pickles! Other then that its great!

There are lots of BBQ options in Texas so it's saying something that Burns sets itself apart. There's nothing particularly fancy here, just good ingredients cooked to perfection every time with a little special sauce (which is on sale!). The service is really fast and I've never seen long lines like at other celebrity endorsed bbq joints (your mileage may vary).
I ordered a slab of ribs, 1/2lb of brisket, green beans, and beans. The green beans and beans were both awesome. The ribs had just an OK flavor to them and didn’t have much meat on them. The ribs still had the membrane left on them. I know leaving the membrane on the ribs is a contentious subject on how to prepare ribs, but I prefer it off the ribs before cooking them. The brisket was just OK too, and a little dry. My girlfriend had the food here before and said it was delicious, but we were both a little disappointed this time.

First time eating here was great, but after today I will not patronize this business again. The cashier was rude, forgot half the order and had to go back and get the correct sides I requested. They all thought it was funny but i didn't think it was funny if I had drove all the way home and my food was wrong. Long story short the baked potato with the shredded beef was dry and had no flavor at all. Very disappointing. Not happy with the service provided today on the 11th of February @ 5p. Not Happy Customer
