This is a mixed review. The staff in the rental shop in Burnley were lovely. They were very knowledgeable and talked us through hiring a car as we'd never hired one before. We picked the car up, it was in perfect condition and spotlessly clean inside. Unfortunately whilst away a golfer hit a golf ball that ended up smashing the car rear windscreen. My partner rang enterprise for some help. This was Saturday night. He was given number after number to ring and got no where. Luckily the guest house had a sheet of plastic for us to cover the screen with. All day Sunday was again spent on the phone with people giving us more numbers to ring. One of these promised to ring us back but never did. We were panicking at this stage as we had to be out of our B&B by 10am Monday morning. And could not drive the car home. All we could do was wait for the Burnley shop to open Monday morning. They were again very helpful. They got onto the AA who came out at 11am they secured the window so we could drive home. Please sort your after care out. The time we spent trying to sort this out should have been time spent enjoying ourselves. Instead we ended up stressed and tired.

Charged us 35 pounds without consulting us of the facts for not paying dartford crossing ..admin fee ... we spoke ticket office explaining tried pay ..: 1 of the crossings was enterprise ... what a rip off

This was my best car hire experience. I was nervous as I hadn't driven to London for years but the service was outstanding from start to finish with staff who were professional and courteous on the phone and in person. The staff member who dealt with me was amazing. She explained everything in such a way that was easy to remember (even though I stalled on the way out). Not only that, they gave me a free upgrade. I can't recommend them enough. This is how you run a business.
