Really good service. Will help you with what you need but for some reason they won't deliver a microwave because the item is too small!? The staff were lovely and very active/responsive to questions I had. Really nice store. Was clean and effective at keeping people safe.

Little bit difficult getting there but got exactly what I wanted straight away, walked in and showed the young lady the model of tv and it was all sorted and in the car within 10minutes very happy.

Very Covid complaint (They take it seriously and will politely challenge if required). Went in for a replacement Air Fryer. Staff and Manager were very friendly and informative. Would go in again to purchase household goods.

Currys happy to sell but not happy to take back a faulty item. Burnley currys must have the rudest store manager within the whole business. The manager called Mac was rude, unhelpful and very insulting. Never have I had customer service as poor as this. How this store is still open for business is beyond me with this manager. I will never buy from this store again and will advise people to avoid it and spend your money at a place where customers are treated well before and after purchasing a product.
