All at reception nursers doctors from speaking to them on the phone or seeing all at the surgery are kind and all listen to you fantastic doctors a fantastic practice I certainly recommended colne road surgery especially all the lovely lady's on reception Lynda
Useless! They changed my mothers pharmacy without notifying her, I complained to the practice manger who said she will investigate and get back to me - she never did. Multiple other failings by receptionists and healthcare professionals - too many to mention. DO NOT USE THIS SURGERY!!

Very poor service in person or on phone which are hardly answered and the staff and Doctors are no help at all with the exception of Dr Shah who went above and beyond to help our family at a very difficult time. Reception staff very rude and ignore you and when you ask them a though question they threaten to call the Police. I know staff who have left because of bad management and lack of respect for there patient.
