Was originally going to get a test drive, but lockdown stopped that. Was explained about click and collect and the process it involved. Got an amazing deal and Scott was extremely helpful and head a lot to put up with all my questions. As Scott got furloughed, I them dealt with Gareth Gareth kept me up to date with the status of the car every week. Both sales team members were very helpful, thoughtful, knowledgeable and went out there way to help. My car is amazing and I'm very very very happy. I would recommend Chorley Nissan Burnley to anyone.

Second visit to get my repairs sorted. First visit was abysmal and shocking to say the least. Today's visit at least my repairs were finally sorted but not impressed with the state of the courtesy car i was given and considering their is a no smoking policy in their cars the stale smell of cigarettes clearly doesn't apply to everyone (im not a smoker) not the best in customer care and relations good when purchasing from them but after sales lets it down im afraid!
