Phoned up regarding a shoe I was considering, went in to the store to try on and all elements of service were spot on from the phone call to in store service. Even though a relatively small spend, was not hurried out the door. Highly recommend West Beach Cycles and thanks for the awesome shoes!

I have visited a lot of bike shops in Tasmania but I am only compelled to rate this one because of the consistently poor customer service I have received. The three times I interacted with them on the phone and in store their attitude was dismissive and non-caring. Although they have the right to conduct business in such a manner, it means I will be spending my money at more receptive shops.
I loved the store I just look at the name and I was closed but it was great inside the store .

I've purchased cycling accessories and just had a 2nd hand bike tuned by the guys here. Satisfied customer here I highly recommended West Beach; good stock range, product knowledge and friendly timely service. They have taken the time to answer questions and taylor to needs. Done a great job and went above what was required doing the tune up; fixed my pannier rack where I had threaded a screw and made no mention of the good deed, I asked to have new brake pads on the back and they threw in a set on the front for free and gave me a discount when purchasing new tubes.
This place has the worst customer service of any bike shop I have been to they don’t want anything to do with if it’s going to take time out if there day hopeless there r plenty of better bike shop around shop else where
