I had such a great experience at this location. The staff was very friendly & helpful. FedEx was supposed to deliver my stroller but instead they brought it to this depot for me to pick it up. As I'm pregnant and couldn't carry the heavy box myself the staff offered their help and loaded it onto their truck to deliver it to my home. I am so grateful for the kindness of these wonderful two human beings at the shop. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I had three items to send to the Netherlands. I had already boxed most of my items. Rupesh saved me money by rewrapping my items so they would not get broken..fragile items and put them in smaller boxes to save money...yes, to save you money. This was unsolicited by me!. He sent me pictures how he wrapped them to verify. I am amazed at the service Rupesh gave me. I live downtown Vancouver but will make my way back here if I need to send something in the future. Thank you Rupesh!!!
Best packaging service in Vancouver. I recommend this location for national, international basically any postal related service. People working are honest and helpful, prices are great plus customer service on point. They go as far as to save you some money as well. Loved my first interaction, definitely using their service for my future needs. Thank You.
