We have used AAA wildlife twice now at our homes, most recently with Shah at our house. Shah was professional and very honest and easy to deal with from beginning to end. Service was quick, on budget, and no surprises. Their office is open and provide customer service and support as needed. We had an issue with sound inside the house that may and may not have been related to AAA Wild Life's work, but Shah came back and inspected the issue without hesitation to provide us with a peace of mind. In terms of setting screens to prevent bugs and rodents going into the house, every area possible, even the smallest cracks, were identified and sealed. Again, no hassle , no surprise, they did the job perfectly the first time. We recommend AAA without qualification.

From the initial phone call to the final resolution, this was a great experience. Their receptionist was a wonderful, calming voice. It was much needed as I was probably a bit more on the panicked end. She helped me diagnose the likely issue and help book the next available appointment. Dan was wonderful when he came out. He was thorough and transparent. When I asked him about other rodent life, he outlined options and different possible paths. with upsides and downsides. With regards to the raccoon, he was careful and dealt with the humans and the animals in a very gentle way. If you have a raccoon issue, or really any other issue within their niche, I would highly recommend AAA Wildlife. They were wonderful to deal with.
Called AAA Wildlife because I heard something in my attic. They came promptly and did an assessment and proved me with a detailed quote. They were very polite, professional and a pleasure to deal with .. no pushy salesman pitch .. they broke down what was required and what was recommended.. I would definitely use them again.
I cannot say enough good things about this company. When you call, you get to speak with a human being - even on the weekend! Their response time was incredible, offering to come out on Monday morning! I loved that they do not use poison especially because my neighbours and I have pets and children. The inspection is thorough and I was not pressured to address all the potential weak spots of my home. Randy explained what was immediate and what wasn't. The follow up service that Bill provided was exceptional. He was professional, knowledgeable, understanding and kind. I highly recommend this company to anyone experiencing uninvited pests in their home and would not hesitate to use their services again if needed. Randy and his crew were highly professional and took the time to fully explain the entire wildlife removal and prevention process to my wife and myself. Knowing that we were not going to have squirrels in our attic gave us a lot of peace of mind for the future (and certainly justified the cost!). Highly recommended.
