Called to get quotes for exterior truck accessories and left a message with the receptionist for a member of the sales team to get back to me once available. Called back an hour before close of business and spoke to the sales rep that I was told to wait for. Gave the rep \K\ full details of what I was looking for and was told that he would be getting back to me after the weekend on Monday or Tuesday when he had figures. Wednesday I call the place back.... speak with another sales rep who tells me he will get \K\ who is working on my quotes to give me a call soon as he's back from delivering a truck. Hour before close I call back again........Receptionist informs me that the rep I've been waiting for has left for the day and that she would leave him a message. Now into the next week with ZERO follow up from RIVA or the sales rep \K\. I was totally prepared to spend money at RIVA TRUCK......NOT ANYMORE, NOT AFTER THAT EXPERIENCE. Just feels like they really didn't care to take my business seriously.

So far so good. Just ordered a roof rack for my 2019 ram classic. The guy on the phone was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Prices are very reasonable. I would recommend this company.

I have been to this store twice now. The first visit I was given a guy's business card. He took my info and was going to call me for tonneau cover options for my Ram. No call as was promised. I just visited the store, 2 guys at the counter, I was in there for 5 mins, if not more and not once was I asked if I needed any assistance. Seriously, in these challenging times businesses should be grateful they are still open and instead they don't even ask if they can sell you something!

Been a customer here for years . . Today however left a very poor disgusting experience. Not sure who this yahoo thinks he is but under no certain terms will I be treated like that. Remember.... respect given to others shows and reflects who you are. Regardless your staff just lost a 15 year customer!!!!
