I have to say this was the absolute best car buying experience that I have ever had! I walked in and met with Graham Dobson and he assisted me in viewing and test driving a few vehicles before I set my sights on a beautiful Chevy trailblazer. Graham did everything in his powers to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for, as well as saving me money on my down payment. I picked up my vehicle today with tears of joy in my eyes. On arriving at the Lynch GM Superstore Friday evening I was greeted by Buck and that I was also expecting to meet with Jim also. Buck and I started talking about what I was looking for in a new truck. I showed him the GMC Sierra 1500 I found on the Stores site. He walked me through the features of the truck, along with taking a test drive, finding out that we are both avid Fisherman. We got back, starting the always fun process of negotiation of trade-in and purchase price. This was possible the fastest vehicle purchase I have even done. Working with Buck and Jim on getting to a final price and trade-in was phenomenal. With the great pricing I got from the Lynch Superstore team, I was also able to get a tonneau cover and line-x bed-liner for the truck. This is the second truck I have purchased from Lynch GM Superstore, from the Sales team all they way to the Service Department teams I always walk away feeling part of their Family.

Hard to give a complete rating since I picked the vehicle up last night after being serviced and it needs to go back right away.....and even though it still isn't fixed they are too busy to get it in right away. I had to make an appointment to bring it back in a week. Not 100% thrilled with the way this transaction is going. We have purchased our last two vehicles from the dealership and will be in the market for a new full size truck in the next year or so, so hoping they can make this right for us.
