The staff are amazing. The care and attention that they pay towards the residents is fabulous. The staff always have a smile on their face when talking to the residents and has a good atmosphere which makes it easier when saying goodbye to Dad.

Happy in the knowledge that a loved one is being cared for by staff who are committed to working with the elderly. Always greeted with a smile and a word or two. From the reception staff throughout the home happy staff. I am sure that this makes the difference.
