I ordered a Supremo Free Standing Lamp Shade Heater from Burleydam Garden Centre from a Google search. The heater is for outdoors, not just for our use but also for social distancing of visitors in the garden when it is permitted. The heater is superb quality and so stylish and actually looks like a contemporary floor lamp rather than the usual choices of basic or industrial looking outdoor heaters. We absolutely love it and can’t recommend it highly enough. The customer service was the level that you get with independent retailers - excellent! I was informed of the order status and was even asked if I had a delivery date preference. Sadly I live over 200 miles from the Garden Centre, but this will not stop me making purchases online in the future. 10 out of 10 for customer service and 10 out of 10 for product. Extremely happy customer, thank you
Great garden centre, very knowledgable staff, who are always happy to help. One staff member noticed my mum struggling to walk and she quickly went and got her a wheel chair. Plants are always healthy, with a great variety.
Firstly my enquiry by 'phone was excellent; polite and very helpful. Later at the store, again polite, friendly and helpful at customer services counter and the young girl at the till, was charming and really helpful; can't praise them enough, esp. at such a difficult and busy time. Well done.
Plants are always in a good condition well looked after .Coffee shop spacious and welcoming. Staff in all departments are friendly and helpful, A good morning spent there.
