I was impressed with the reasonable price for an oil change. I was even more impressed that they would pick up, get the service completed and return my vehicle. All of that was made possible by the Service Department. I thank Chuck and Kathy. The two young men that picked up and delivered the vehicle were very personable and represented the great image of Lynn Smith. Thanks to everyone for a very pleasant experience.

Planting Life Matters

I went to Lynn Smith Chevy in Burleson to pick out a car for my grandson's 18th birthday. It's his first car and I had a budget. I needed something affordable and reliable. After looking at a few cars, we decided on one and closed the deal. I want to thank our fantastic salesman in the used car lot. He was patient and extremely kind. He went out of his way to order this huge red birthday bow for the car. So when we showed up to get it, my grandson was shocked and super happy! Thank you for the best car buying experience ever!

Jason in pre owed vehicle sales was awesome, I was working and unable to get to the dealership to see a pre owned Jeep they had for sale. Jason was very helpful going out to the Jeep and checking on things I asked about. Made to the dealership after work and Jason had the Jeep ready for my test drive, the Jeep was exactly as described. Then on to finance department ( sorry I’m bad with names and can not remember the lady that did the financing and all the paperwork, but she was awesome as well, got me in and out fast.

We bought a used truck from Allen Johnson yesterday and I have to tell you, that was the best experience buying a car I have ever had. First of all this dealership actually want their used vehicles to go out looking brand new. We knew ahead of time this vehicle had cosmetic issues on the interior and exterior. The interior was fixed beautifully before we got there and the exterior is being fixed after the holidays. Allen was extremely helpful. He wasn't pushy and he even told us upfront, any issues the vehicles had that we were looking at. He was a polar opposite of what we know a used car salesman to be. Allen has a great personality and will put you in the vehicle right for you. Chasity, in the finance department, was so awesome to talk to and super helpful. She was very thorough and it was nice to feel like we were talking to human beings, especially during COVID times. I cant rave enough on how awesome of car buying experience we had. I have had the opposite type of interactions when buying a brand new car at other dealerships. So to have such a great experience was a blessing. We will definitely be going back to purchase vehicles from them in the future.
