If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would! The grooming is horrible here! Alejandra was my groomer & did a VERY careless job. My dogs haircut looks a MESS, then had the nerve to charge me 83! HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. DO NOT come here!

A picture is worth a thousand words, right? Check out these! This is the level of customer service that we get when we come here. I absolutely love how friendly the staff is and how well organized the store is. They went above and beyond making Sweet Baby Ray (that's my dog) feel so welcome. They gave him a treat, and even when he put his flat face nose up at it- they went back and found one he thought was more tasty. Now that is investing in your customer. I wish I lived closer so I could go every week!
This petco is always so helpful whenever I go! I brought my dog Bella in to get food for her. The staff was very attentive and friendly to her. Ken was super knowledgeable about all of the dry food and freezer food. He answered all of my questions that I had and gave me multiple choices while keeping in mind my budget and pet restrictions. Would recommend for any of your pet needs
