Why do they add cheese to Double Whopper? Why ruin the perfect burger?

The wait was okay. Well it was probably a 1 time mistake. But I ordered a sandwich with double steak and cheese, that I paid for. And when I got home I found out they have given me a plain simple sandwich. I am used to checking whether or not all the items are in. If you have to check if it s the good sandwich...

Order via Ubereats and most items were missing. Impossible to contact Burger King
This was sad waste of my money. By no doubt the first and last time. First my order too quite a while. I think they made a mistake and had to redo it. Some of the staff started to look at us and laughed. That’s really impolite. So, after what felt like too long for fast food the order arrived and one of the burgers was missing. I told the attendant and she answered. “Ah oui?” She went back and in no time had it... didn’t say sorry, just expected me to leave. Weird and impolite... I finally start my meal and the food was cold... I was eating in so immediately I complained and without saying sorry they gave me a burger in a bag. Once again, impolite. So, don’t expect the minimum from this place as they’re incompetent, proud and with no manners what so ever.
Friendly staff, nicely made burgers. It's closed to Jardin d'acclimatation so after an exhausting day at the park, one can visit here for a quick bite. They have toilets (clean). Overall good experience!
