Ordered the chipotle burger and fries. The burger I received was excellent - a generous portion of meat, tasty accoutrement, served on just enough bun to hold onto. The real standout here were the fries - cooked fresh to order and seasoned just right, served piping hot with my burger. Would recommend for anyone looking for some fast, tasty food in the area.

they lost the quality. First I ordered by phone when the time came they did not have anything ready. wait longer and in the end four raw hamburgers that a shame. I do not want to replace or anything just that next time I want them to do things right because this was a good place to have lunch.

The chicken patty was cook need to perfection. The jalapenos provided a nice kick of flavor, the tots and onion rings were fried not to hard and they were crispy. The only thing I did not like was the bread/bun. The bun seemed cheap, I did like how the bun was toasted.

Big burgers with big patties. Good non-soggy bread technique. Great onion rings!

7/15/2020 12:30pm 1. No one was wearing a mask! 2. The girl at the register was by herself. I ordered 1 ultimate cheeseburger, 1 blue cheese chicken sandwich, and 1 fries. She then charged me 6.95 for a regular cheeseburger because for whatever reason, the menu above the registered did not have ultimate cheeseburger on it. However, their website does. I showed her their menu online which shows the ultimate burger for 8.75 so I asked if she could honor that. She didn't speak very well English so it was hard to relay my message. Then her manager (also not masked) finally walked out so I asked him the question again. He kept saying it was a 3 difference which I showed and told him, \It says 8.75 on your website.\ He replied, \It's 9.75.\ and tried to charge me the difference for the price in burgers.... 9.75?? For a burger? I think not! I asked for a full refund so I could eat somewhere else instead, because at that point, I was fed up with the major differences in pricing as well as their lack of knowledge of THEIR OWN menu. I would think they would honor the pricing they place on their official website (?!) Anyways, the manager refused to give me a full refund because the employee already started making my order so I just kept my order the same and left. During my time there, the manager was incompetent and not understanding of the situation. I will never come back here again. My first mistake was not immediately walking out when I saw that the employee was not wearing a mask!!!!! Edit: I'm not mad the employee couldn't speak English. I only notated it to show that I was not able to clarify my order until after I paid and they started cooking it. I also suggest that if you have a valid reason as to why you cannot wear a mask while serving FOOD to customers, there needs to be signs posted around the business! There should be signs in general about COVID-19, however, there were absolutely NONE that I saw.
