The Guy's at Cotswold koi are great. I had a excellent experience with them. Very knowledgeable. And I could not walk away without buying a fish. A Chagoi. Breeder Marusei. All there fish are great quality and some Unusual ones. I would recommend these guy's. And a few Chagoi left Speak to them if your after one.

Rob has built two ponds for me and both were high quality pieces of work. So good in fact that he also built a double garage, porch and a study, all of which we are extremely happy with. Rob is always quick to come out and help with the Koi is there is a problem or just chat on the phone. Thoroughly recommended.

I have just received my second fish purchased online from this company. Both times messages online were promptly and efficiently answered. Friendly and helpful. Fish as in photo. The fish arrived promptly as promised, we're very untraumatised and eating happily within an hour of being introduced to my pond. Lovely quality koi.

Bought a pond skimmer in May and it broke 6-8 weeks later,after sending pictures of broken piece I was basically accused of breaking item, as something must of got through a plastic basket then through a filter for my item to break is what I was told by customer services I asked how that could happen but given no explanation, (its a pond skimmer how can anything big get through to break it is beyond me)if I could it would be given 0 stars I would and i will tell all my fish pond groups that I'm with to avoid like the plague. absolutely disgusted with the after sales service
