It is a great, quiet, safe place to live. Jennifer in the office has better customer service skills than 99% of people I’ve dealt with in California. It is always clean. Maintenance staff responds Nearly immediately and resolves quickly. Only down falls... natural lighting isn’t great in my unit, and I wish they had in unit laundry and a bigger pool. But what they have works. The complex is small enough that it doesn’t feel like an inconvenience. After living here for 2 yrs I hated to leave but we needed more space. Would highly recommend I always felt safe and had friendly neighbors

The fact that you pay a security deposit and when abide by their shister lease agreement. These crocks charge you and or deduct the paint the labor and the paint supply from your security deposit. Unethical and deceptive practices at their WORST!

Don't live there! You will regret when you finish your lease. My girlfriend lived there for a year. When she finished finished this one year contract and move out. She recently got a bill said she needs to pay 1323 for the changing carpet and painting. That's so ridiculous! And before she move out, she filled the form and request for an early inspection. But no one contact her to do that. Then they just changed everything and charged her 800 for the carpet and 650 for the painting. They said it's smells smoking on the wall. She never smoke in the apartment. Now we can't do nothing about it because it's already painted to a new one. And also bad service and always no one in the office.
