Very difficult to advice potential customers don't buy from them. But after my experience go to your local shop and get the guitar you feel at home with. Your guitar will be set up and then your off to a good start I took my not fit for purpose guitar and had it set up and set right the parts of the guitar that were effectively allowing me to play. So to sum up steer clear.

An absolutely lovely business, so helpful and very responsive. I contacted them simply to ask if they may be able to help me with some packaging I needed for a guitar that hadn't been bought from them but that I needed to return, and they responded extremely quickly, and despite no obligation whatsoever to help me they did so without hesitation. Fantastic customer service, and would highly recommend.

Ordered an acoustic guitar and a mandolin. I paid at 13:55, my order had shipped out by 15:30, the parcel was received by my associate 2 days later. Will add photos of the order as soon as the forwarding service ships my items to my country (Greece). All this with free shipping. This place works like a well-oiled machine. Very rubbish place rip you off and the items are fake Ash one of the member of staff is rude and mean also threatened me because I refused to buy anything.Would advise to stay away you don't want to buy things of this shop and one guitars I liked I asked to see the paperwork and they refused this paperwork would prove what make the guitar is the retailer it's from the prices and if it is real and is also used to prove it's not stollen this is very important when buying guitar from these places plus Ash the staff member was very physical and tryied to pull me back into the shop when I tried to leave because I knew how dodger it is.

Really helpful lads. Great choice of guitars and good prices. Went in to shop to look for a 3/4 size left handed for my daughter. Found just what she needed as a beginner. Nice one!!
