HONEST JAAN

Wish I had another choice as my company is paying. For the 1st time I thought I would use the service for my son who had a fit. 3 phonecalls and I can't even get a name for a consultant. Call handlers seem young and unexperienced. It's all about the money, they don't give a damn about your health or safety.
