Not the best experience from this dental practice in the last few years here are a few of my points. I drove back from work in Edinburgh City Center for my appointment and was 5 minutes late and I was refused my appointment due to lateness, I have had to change appointments due to work and have to wait nearly 2 months for another one or if I want a late-night appointment its 3 months. Reception staff can be very rude at times and condescending, and what the most disappointing thing is I have been at this dental practice my whole life and have seen the service provided become awful so due to this I feel I must change dentist.

Used to be very well run practice. But during 2016 and early 2017 has severely degraded its quality of service in Leslie. Waiting one month for an appointment, and a further two months for a filling and tooth treatment is not my idea of great service. And not the correct diagnosis in that case, according to the next dentist I transferred to. A pity. Hope they can get back to being good, and rapid, and preventative.
fantastic practice ! really friendly staff and the dentist I seen was lovely and very gentle. He took the time to explain everything and both him and the nurse made me feel relaxed (normally I am petrified !) would highly recommend
All the staff are always pleasant and efficient. The dentist's I have seen have all been good at explaining things and considerate in their working. A really good practice.
Like other reviewers I have recommended this practice to others in the past and will continue to do so. The staff are friendly and efficient and the dentist herself is patient and skilled. I'd be loathe to move elsewhere.
