Not a great start. I own several business' and was looking for a new supplier. A friend recommended them from a previous one time use. I ordered some timber and decking lengths 4.8M. I called the morning after my online order and asked for a rough time or a morning slot for delivery, to which I was told that they couldn't tell me. They went on to complain that they had 3 times the usual orders (complain?) and only 2/3 of staff. This was for a job at an empty property, how can they expect me to sit at site all day waiting for it? The guy I spoke to first was fairly rude, I was then transferred to a manager called Russ that helped somewhat. They managed to deliver the timber a day early, the next day I was told 2pm for delivery of decking lengths. 4.30pm comes by and still no delivery. When it did finally arrive, they were 3.6M lengths not 4.8. The driver advised me they would have known since 10am, but yet no one bothered to inform me. I also stressed a complaint to him, yet no contact from any one at after sales. The frame was built for 4.8M lengths, so more work had to be done to accommodate 3.6M lengths. Not only that, they were meant to be 150mm wide, they were 145mm wide. I don't think I will be using them again nor recommending them to anyone.

I’ve given five star review as most staff really helpful and friendly there is one guy on the forklift who is probably the rudest bloke I’ve ever met in my life nationwide had most the stuff that I needed and are very well organised I will be back and won’t be put off by rude member of staff I’d also like to add that dealt with a guy called Adam and he was really knowledgeable and went out of his way to help me
