Hired a large slide for daughter's birthday. Great value. Cracking service. Nice family run business
On 13th May we booked a bouncy castle with this company online using their booking form. On 17th June they rang and said it was not available as had had a phone booking. No alternative offered and person on phone put phone down when I queried why it had taken so long to inform us. Customer service apalling and would not touch this company with a barge pole. The one star rating is well over what I would have given them.
Excellent great price best in town
I hired a bouncy castle a few weeks ago for my daughter's birthday party, the service was excellent. Bouncy castle was lovely, and clean, friendly customer service. I would highly recommend Bulldog hire and will be using them again in the future.
