Friendliest pharmacy around, lovely team, always willing to help.
Excellent customer service, or should I say kindness, from the Irish gentleman on Christmas Eve, as I ran out of my repeat prescriptions and the Medical Practice doesn't have access to my Medical Records (I'm new to the area). After calling Boots, who I've used for 4 years, the Medical Practice and 111, he was the one who stopped to really listen to me and went above and beyond to help me.
I visited this Pharmacy today for the first time after it being recommended by my sister. The Pharmacist was able to fill a prescription that I struggled to fill elsewhere and was absolutely brilliant. So warm and welcoming. I don’t live in the immediate area but I will definitely be back.
Such a lovely welcome every time I visit
