Really lovely pub in beautiful surroundings with a really nice views. The food was really nice and tasty, the service was really good. The only thing that let everything down was the amount of wasps in the rear garden area. So much so we had to move into the pub. Other than that everything was really good

Visited for the first time on Bank Holiday Monday. Amazing food, fantastic service Very friendly, with cooked to order food. You clearly get what you pay for here
The food and service was brilliant, if abit slow at times but that wasn't a big deal to us. The only problem we had was all the wasps outside, I suffer from a minor allergy so instead of sitting outside we had to go inside because they were constantly attaching us, they really should have dealt with it and not let people sit right next to it, but we had such a good time there and as long as the wasps leave soon we would happily go back.
Fantastic food and wine but most of all the care and cleanliness re COVID-19 was second to none. Most impressed felt very comfortable and enjoyed a lovely evening thank you for your effort
Hadn't been in this pub for years, but called in for some lunch. Helpful waitress, seated immediately (without a reservation) and served in good time. The food was the best but, I tried a vegetarian dish, which was gorgeous. Decoration inside was fresh and clean, worth a visit.
