Being a rather clueless female on building materials I was served today by a very helpful and friendly member of staff named Tommy, he was so helpful not even my complete lack of knowledge caused him any problems, quite the contrary he was brilliant.

I ordered a load of timber 50mm x 100mm, received 40mm x 90mm. I did get a few more bits added to my order with very short notice which was good. Will probably use again.
