I was looking for a keylite upvc roof window urgently. Spoke to Graham at this branch. Whilst not in stock at his branch, he said he would check all the other branches and come back to me. He called back with the info that the Airdrie branch had 3 in stock. Suggested I phone to confirm as I was travelling from Dunoon. Called and confirmed the wentto uplift. Great service throughout and a big thanks to Graham. The window was also 30 cheaper than online.

The bloke in electribase was about as much use as a used condom. Couldn't tell us if the fire alarm was battery operated or mains fed, and his advice on running a spur to a box was unbelievable, and am not even going to mention the 20mins he kept us waiting whilst he talked football with another customer. Really bad service.
