Really helpful and great customer service. Although my bugaboo bee was found to have no fault, the staff were happy to give it a once over check. They were honest and gave me advice to maintain it. Was nice to receive great service by the buggy pitstop as they demonstrated great integrity.

I was told about Buggy Pitstop by a friend and when we found out we were expecting decided to get our six year old buggy and car seat cleaned. I was skeptical initially with goes good a job they could. But I have been very surprised with the whole process and the condition of the product once received. From the online experience, you three constant communications through out. I used they pick up serviced which is great as they give you a time slot. Once they have your car seat or buggy they take s few days to clean it properly, bit as my wife says they bring it back like new. There customer service by the team was really good and I have not experienced such great customer service from many companies. Well done buggy pitstop keep up the great work
I found buggy pitstop online by chance but am really happy with the service we received. They arranged for our pram to be collected and returned by courier (from other end of country) and did an excellent job of repairing our mountain buggy. We are really pleased with the work that was done and would fully recommend this company. It saved us a lot of money potentially buying a new pram.
Brilliant service! We saved hundreds of pounds by picking up a free second hand buggy and having it deep cleaned at Buggy Pitstop. It was pretty grotty when we picked it up, now looks new and smells like roses. Plus the customer service is excellent, receptionist is responsive and friendly
Thank you so much Buggy Pistop! I am so happy with the service we have received from the team. Our yoyo's front wheel was completely broken and we tried to repair it ourselves as we had done it in the past, but part of the wheel was completely merged with the axle and we could not remove it. We seemed help from several hardware stores , but only Buggy Pitstop managed to fix our buggy in a timely manner. The customer service was lovely and super responsive when I had questions prior to booking service or while waiting for our buggy to be fixed. We also went for the steam clean as our buggy was 2.5 years old and have a newborn now and I was impressed by how the team cleaned it, it's just like if we have a brand new yoyo! I would definitely contact them again if we have another issue with our buggy and would recommend their services to friends!
