First time I was gonna give this place a try and last time I’ll come to this location. When I walked in it smelt disgusting like clothes that have set in a wash machine too long. When I walked up to order the employee was rude. I had to explain to him multiple time what I wanted and he didn’t understand was I was saying. It was like trying to explain to a 5 year old what I wanted. The workers didn’t look clean at all either you need to train your workers on cleanliness, people skills and customer service.

We ordered catering (the Taco Bar) for 30 people at my office. We ended up with enough protein for half of that. They sent more cheese & lettuce than they did chicken & steak! When ezCater reached out to their management team, he ended up speaking with their owner who said the amount of meat was correct for the number of people and they refused to send anyone else with additional protein. Because of this, we had people who were unable to eat anything but chips with cheese. Overall we are extremely disappointed with how they handled the situation and will not being using them again.
I love Barbs but I'm not of fan of this location. If you're googling Barbs and this is the closet one to you, I highly recommend you to go to one that's a bit further. I don't know what's wrong with this location. I don't know if it's a management problem. I don't know if it's the people that works there (leadership reflects). I really don't know and have the answer to my questions but what I do know from my experiences is that the quality of taste compare to the Barberitos that I go, to lacks everything from taste, spice, and texture. The next thing I want to talk about is I have yet to receive my refund when I canceled my online order and I personally called the place three times to issue a refund. Still to this day I still haven't received it. The line is always long when it's busy (of course anywhere that is busy is always going to be a wait) but when this location gets busy I feel like they're not prepared for the rush. Again, It could be a management problem where employees gets lackadaisical
I'm a big fan of barberitos. This location, however, does not reach the standards that most locations do. Food is sloppily prepared, things are missing from to go orders, and the queso is clearly watered down (it's borderline not edible - it's cheese water). I've been here multiple times, and the poor product seems like a pattern. It's a real shame. Every other Barberitos I have been to is awesome. I won't be going back to this location.
This place is a poorly managed health code violation. There is a funky smell from the trash cans as you walk in. They proudly display their best rating I've seen: An 86B, which I don't know how they got. The tables are dirty. You will likely get sick from the warm salsas sitting around for you to try. The soda machine needs cleaning. The whole backline needs to be firmly bleached and cleaned. The floors are gross. I've never seen a manager, just teens who kinda sorta know what to do. I only ever come here because my husband loves it, but I literally have second thoughts about letting my children eat here. I just get water and chips and pray for the best.
