My boyfriend and I rented with The Frizlen Group for almost 3 years before we purchased our home. I have lived in many apartments over the years, but our experience with the Frizlen Group supersedes them all. The building was well maintained, managed, and included every amenity that we needed. Management is easy to get a hold of and communicated responsively and professionally with us during our time there. Our apartment was beautiful with large windows and amazing natural light. If you are looking for an apartment with good quality and value, I highly recommend The Frizlen Group!

I’ve lived at the Abbott Rd location for a year and this has been the most enjoyable living arrangement I’ve had to date. The unit is beautiful and very well maintained. Of the very few issues I’ve had while residing here, all were handled promptly and efficiently. I really can’t say enough about this place. Working with Jason and Skylr was a pleasure - both were always readily available and responsive to any inquiries. If you’re in the market for a place to live do yourself a favor and start here.
I cannot speak more highly of The Frizlen Group, I know Jason and Skylr best. I moved in to the Hertel location over three years ago, after it was just finished. I would not ask for more from a leasing group or a property manager. Everyone was responsive, polite, professional and wonderful to work with without fail. The building itself was fantastic, without any issues during the time spent there. When I had questions, they were addressed immediately. They were reliable, and trustworthy. If you are able to secure a lease with The Frizlen Group, I would say that you are fortunate. Having worked with them for several years, they have earned my highest possible recommendation.
I've lived at the Parkside building for almost 2 years now, and I cannot speak highly enough of The Frizlen Group. From getting emergency furnace repairs done in no time to the personal care and attention they give, this company has furnished the most wonderful housing I've ever had besides ma and pa's place
I was dealing with Skylr Carrow and Jason Frizlen at Frizlen Group Property management and I wish to have never dealt with them or this company. They over promise and under deliver. I applied for an apartment and Skylr stated that it was first come first serve, therefore I rushed around completed the application, sent it over to Skylr, confirmed he received it, and made certain I was in 1st position for the apartment. 5 days later I get a call from Skylr saying they rented the apartment to someone else. They claimed the candidate was more qualified, however I questioned that decision, because I could have paid cash for the entire year if I was asked to. They are very unprofessional, over promise and under deliver, lack communication skills, and they do not know what they are doing. I would not recommend Skylr Carrow, Jason Frizlen, or Frizlen Group Property management if you are looking to deal with an honest firm that does not play games and one that does not over promise and under deliver, look elsewhere because this company and these people are a terrible representation of the apartment leasing business.
