This place is horrible! At first they were real good and I was early to my appointments. I had a set appointment on a set day at a set time. Steadily they got worse and worse. In a 6 week time span I missed FOUR of these appointments that I'd been going to for months! The drivers either never showed up or were too late for me to be allowed in my appointment. Also I would call before my pickup time when this started happening to make sure they were going to be on time. They would say oh they'll be there in 15 minutes, 25 minutes would go by and I'd call again. I'd get told a different amount of time and again that time would go by and no car. So another call. So on and so on. Until today when I was going to complete my treatment and explained how important it was for me to get there and... it happened again! Thank god I had someone on reserve to take me or there would have been serious consequences. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Always Friendly and very proactive in helping resolve any issues weather it be with medicaid, their drivers or any one at their dispatching office. Truly proffessional and great at trying to accomodate even last minute pick ups. Of coarse as a client people need to understand that City Service is always doing their best. I am a client and I am in no way affiliated with this Service other than a client or patron.
so I was calling to get a return pick up from a clients appointment and the lovely young gentleman set it up but apparently can't spell even when using phonetics, i then asked the gentleman how long it would be and he said \oh i DON'T know \. Usually they just say 30- 45 and he didn't even think to just say that and have it be a lie ...completely unprofessional.
Most drivers I had were rude. They talk on their cell phones, text & totally ignore the customer. last driver tried to kill me driving 50 mph and weaving in and out of traffic on Ridge Road in west seneca & Lackawanna.
They are rarely on time to pick mw up for dialysis. Hhe drivers on the other hand are amazingly professional despite their office being utter chaos. I dont think they know what they are doing in the office
