Warrantee is not lifetime. My sauna started smoking and then wouldn't turn on. Kept indoors in good condition. When I got ahold of someone they said my sauna was old and they wouldn't honor the \lifetime\ warrantee.They never even sent out a tech to evaluate it. Buyers beware.
