I had a great experience with these. Got a Disability car from them. It was the MG HS and it is a great car. The staff was brilliant to work with to get me the car. The staff went above and beyond and I could not have asked for better customer service. Luke was brilliant and cannot praise him enough.

Not impressed one bit by Budgen Motors. Took a Renault Traffic in as it was slipping out of third gear. Budgen took 8 days to diagnose it as gear cables even though I pleaded with them to hurry as it is my livelihood. After 8 days they switched the gear cables to then find out this wasn't the fault. A few days later and Renault authorised a new gear box. Another few days passed and it needed a new flywheel as mine had failed a test. They were also going to put in a new clutch just in case. Nearly on 3 weeks now and I was told that there was no flywheel anywhere in the UK. The very next day they had managed to find a flywheel and fit everything back together. I was told it was all perfect. Except I cannot get it into gear. It warms up during the day but in the morning it is dangerous. There is also knocking sound coming from the engine. I am told it may get better over time, but would you expect a van with new clutch, flywheel and gear box not to be able to get into gear until your van rolls to a stop and you have to start back again in 1st. Thanks Budgen for the loss of earnings and whatever you have not done correctly on my van. It was a lovely van before, now I am close to getting it rejected. I wouldn't ever take a car to Renault Budgen.

After having weeks of searching for a nice van, Chris helped with a very easy and smooth process from me leaving a deposit on the weds and picking up the van on the Saturday. Paperwork was all ready and was done quick. I noticed the van had no jack and wheel brace and this was sorted within minutes. So far its happy days.
