We made a large order on new year's eve, and unfortunately there was a sauce missing. After ringing and informing the restaurant, they had the missing sauce sent out to us in less than 10 minutes, along with complimentary prawn crackers. I was so impressed with this, as it was clearly an extremely busy night for them. Great customer service, thank you

Loved this place! Food was amazing! Highly recommend.
Visited here on a Saturday evening a couple of weeks ago with family including 7 year old and eighteen month old. Our first visit, but family come regularly. We had the most wonderful evening, lots of welcoming service and so much great tasting food. Welcomed the children which is nice, oh gosh we did enjoy ourselves. Hoping to visit again over Christmas. We have nothing which has such high quality food down here in Bournemouth!
We ordered takeaway today. Not only were all of our dishes delicious but we were surprised to find a complementary dish when we unpacked our takeaway bag at home....super yummy chicken main dish! Thank you!
