Very competitive prices and wide selection of notebooks. I wanted to purchase a notebook and they replied to all my questions via email in English. That was essential for me as my hungarian is rather poor. Giving only 4 stars because of 2 issues: 1) after ordering, there was adio silence\ for several days and I had to contact them to find out when they were going to fulfill the order. Communication in this regard could have been better. 2) I ordered a notebook with 16Gb of RAM and, when I went to pick it up, it turned out that this was an upgrade performed by them with aftermarket parts (on the invoice is not even mentioned which brand the extra RAM is). I think they should have made that clear in the product datasheet on the website.

So, Radium.hu it's coming with an aggressive marketing: full of ads and special prices. I was looking for a Desktop PC for gaming and the best bespoke solutions in Budapest are PCx and Radium. After reading couple of reviews I chose Radium however the negative reviews you can find in the forums do not really match my experience. They delivered everything I ordered, we had few day delays but it's understandable considering the COVID-19 situation. My biggest concern is their website and the communication channel: I didn't receive payment confirmation, delivery info, order updates unless I asked but I was always cared by the customer service (Mate is very patient). What I would like to suggest to the Radium team is to fight those negative reviews and try to enstablish a more authentic relationship with their customers. Forgot to mention, they supported me in english the whole time! Attached my set-up :)
