Imbeciles! I wanted to clean up my laptop & apply new thermal paste (as per the service they are offering on their website) and they told me that my laptop \too old\ and they cannot accept it.. Bro, if the laptop was new, why would I bring it for service..(?) Plot twist: they had done exactly this job in the past successfully- how is it possible that they can no longer do it..)
