It’s a perfect place for budget traveler. Beef from Goulash was soft and tasty. (WARNING) But the calamari salad has no calamari inside at all. The rings are purely made out of flour. I’d prefer to pay more to have real calamari salad as that’s what I ordered. (Not flour rings salad)

Have ordered from Drum Cafe through net pincer.hu. They kept me updated about my order the whole time and have received my veggie menu in 35 minutes on a Sunday evening. Contact less delivery!!! Very flavoursome 3 courses menu. For my taste it had a bit too much salt but still l really nice. The somloi dessert is brilliant! I may order tomorrow again

The service is good. The staff were friendly and affordable price. I order strawberry sponge cake, the taste is good. But the photo on menu and real one, a little bit different. That's fine :)

The place is so cosy and the cheese soup is just the best I ever had . Just one remark about the service felt little bit negligated as a tourist by the waiters

100 points out of 10! If you want to try Hungarian traditional cuisine, go there. Low prices. Fresh dishes. You can get some break fast there as well. The staff is pleasant and happy to see you all the time. Used to have breakfast and dinner there every day.

Super nice cafe with the possibility to try real Hungarian food. It is close to Sinagogue. There were so many people that there was a queue in front of the cafe, but it really worth it. I enjoyed the food there. There was also a possibility to order the dinner consist of three dishes for very reasonable price The cafe is not big, the tables are very close, but it is really worth to come to this place. I recommend all the dishes with Paprika, they were delicious I would come back here again

Here four years ago but I just run across a picture I had taken. Good, substantial Hungarian food and an interesting casual ambience. I was quite taken with the place and happy that it apparently still survives.
