Hatha Flow by Sabrina Rook is such a wonderful class on a Sunday morning. The facilities are good enough and this instructor was great! However, the room was quite packed, this was my 4th class at Downdog and it's been always the same story. You can barely move your arms and legs to your side as you will either encounter another person's body/mat or a wall... In order to provide better quality spaces for yoga, I think the Management should seriously consider to have some less people per class.

Egy tiszta és jól kinéző jógastúdió a belvárosban. Érdemes kipróbálnod, ha szeretsz nyújtani, kikapcsolódni egy jót edzeni.
Könnyen elérhető helyen, változatos órák és nagyon szimpatikus oktatók! Ajánlom!
Bármelyik Downdogba is járok, sosem csalódok:) szuperek az órák.
Hangulatos, szeretetteljes légkör vár itt, változatos órákkal! :)
