I only order online & pick at the store today the girl with glasses helped me I NEVER encountered more rude attitude !! She almost was shouting & never stopped texting for a min. Unprofessional

Ran into some inclement weather in Budapest and had to urgently shop for shoes which are water repellant/proof. Found Bershka to have an awesome area of options at very reasonable prices. The shopping experience would have been better if there was some support from store boys/girls who were only to be found near the trial rooms. Even shoes had to be tried there as no sitting area anywhere else in the store.
The security woman was so rude. I was touching the earrings( it was secured with plastic stuff so I couldn’t open it ). I touched the earrings to see if I can open it easily or not cause usually cheap earrings will not open properly or even break apart. The security woman was yelling at me that “do not try it”. I told her that I’m sorry If she misunderstood me but I didn’t want to try it on. And then she kept standing there and watching me like I’m stealing those less than 1000 ft earrings. Also she dared to talked to the worker that” I’m sorry for for bothering you but this girl is ..” I was really upset about the education of the staff member and I’ll never buy anything from Bershka. Such a disappointing!!!!!!

None of the employees enjoy being here or have anything nice or pleasant or POLITE to say to a customer. Came here to pick up an online order and they ordered me around from register to register handed me twice giant boxes, forced bags in my hand and told me nothing while being super rude about even having to find my order. This is not because I spoke in English because my mother and I can also speak fluent Hungarian. So rude and can’t even say please or thank you or have a nice day. They definitely need to WORK ON THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS especially because they are in one of the biggest and most popular areas for tourists. Bershka company should be sad to have these employees greet 100 thousands different tourists each day.
